Job Summary

Managing proposal development and account-based marketing projects, the full-time Project Manager will support the Sales Enablement Team in Newark, NJ or remotely, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage proposal development projects across assigned teams
• Oversee account-based marketing projects and provide editorial review for quality control
• Liaise with multiple teams to manage project flow and support sales requests

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of related work experience, preferably in project management within a healthcare environment
• Management, Marketing, Public Health Degree, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to support sales teams effectively
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or managing design vendors is a plus
