Job Summary

Overseeing the successful implementation of products, the remote Project Manager will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring clients receive comprehensive training and support while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage implementation projects for clients, ensuring timely execution and delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, maintaining proactive communication

Required Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in implementation, support, training, or customer success
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficiency in learning and navigating software applications and tools
• Knowledge of call tracking and analytics software and telephony solutions is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
