Job Summary

To support the technical implementation of a new screening solution, the contract Yardi PM/Data Analyst will manage light project management and analyst tasks, ensuring a smooth transition from the old application portal to a new one while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and update Apply Now Calls to Action across various channels to route to a new online application form
• Ensure settings within the current Applicant Portal are adjusted for a smooth transition and test data accuracy in Yardi
• Confirm compliance and accuracy of pricing data and application fees processed in the ERP system

Required qualifications

• Experience with Yardi Site Manager administration and configuration
• Familiarity with multifamily or property management systems
• Proficiency in data mapping, conversion, and standardization
• Knowledge of website QA and API validation
• Experience in data auditing and testing
