Job Summary

Managing the implementation and launch of virtual care services, the full-time remote Project Manager will lead project lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project management for virtual care and digital health initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and timelines
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and project execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Training in project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies
• 3 years of experience managing projects and/or programs
• 2 years of demonstrated success in implementing projects with high customer satisfaction
• 2 years of experience presenting and facilitating to executive audiences
