Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the implementation and launch of virtual care services, the full-time remote Project Manager will lead all aspects of the project lifecycle, collaborating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery for virtual care initiatives across various customer sites
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and timelines
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Training in project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies
• 3 years of experience managing projects and/or programs
• 2 years of experience implementing projects with a focus on customer satisfaction
• 2 years of presentation and facilitation experience to executive audiences
