Job Summary

Managing the implementation and launch of virtual care services, the full-time remote Project Manager will lead project lifecycles, collaborate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes across various customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project management for enterprise and regional virtual care services
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals within timelines
• Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse functional areas involved in project execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Training in project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies
• 3 years of experience managing projects and/or programs
• 2 years of experience implementing projects with high customer satisfaction
• 2 years of experience presenting and facilitating to executive audiences
