Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Product Operations team, the full-time remote Project Manager will own end-to-end project delivery, manage multiple software delivery initiatives, and drive cross-functional alignment among teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery by planning, tracking, and driving software projects from kickoff through release
• Run effective program-level meetings to facilitate cross-functional syncs and initiative-level working sessions
• Maintain delivery visibility by building and updating project plans, roadmaps, and status artifacts for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of project management experience, particularly in managing software delivery
• Strong working knowledge of Kanban and experience with modern project management tools like Notion or ClickUp
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or marketing technology
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity and drive innovation in project management
