Project Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives within its Commercial Banking portfolio, the contract Project Manager will work remotely for 12 months, guiding projects from initial investment requests through charter development while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the Technology Investment Request (TIR) process to formal charter approval
• Facilitate discovery, cost analysis, and project scoping in partnership with business and technology teams
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across lending, deposits, payments, and online banking platforms

Required Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial banking or financial services
• Proven ability to lead complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills, including cost modeling and business case development
• Familiarity with Salesforce, loan origination systems, and digital banking platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
