Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading large-scale deployments, the remote Lead Project Manager will plan, organize, and manage complex customer implementations to ensure they meet scope, timing, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage implementation activities for highly complex projects throughout their lifecycle
• Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and ensure on-time delivery of services within budget
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying additional sales opportunities and ensuring adherence to project-related policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of related experience
• Implementation experience with technologies such as OSP, AI, DWDM, MPLS, and Managed Services
• Experience leading multiple complex projects in the technology industry
• Project Management Professional or PRINCE2 Certification preferred
• 6+ years of project management experience is advantageous
