Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive regional project execution and innovation initiatives, the full-time Project Manager will manage the implementation of standards for Network & Technology teams, coordinate training efforts, and develop project plans while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement innovation initiatives and oversee their adoption across functional teams to meet strategic objectives
• Develop processes, workflows, and training to ensure consistent usage among teams throughout the region
• Monitor performance trends and develop reports to identify areas for improved process efficiencies and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Master of Business Administration preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of telecommunications experience or equivalent work experience
• Minimum five (5) years of project management experience with measured results
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Principles and/or PMP is a plus but not required
• Strong business and financial acumen along with project planning and management skills
