Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing and communications agency, the full-time Project Manager will oversee and coordinate key client projects, manage detailed project plans and budgets, and ensure timely and on-budget delivery while working in a flexible remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate key client projects in partnership with Agency Account Managers and subject-matter experts
• Create and manage detailed project plans and budgets, ensuring work meets client expectations
• Lead internal and client meetings, establish communication plans, and manage resource allocation across projects

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of Project Management experience, preferably in technology, PR, or marketing
• Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, advertising, English, journalism, communications, or a related field
• Proficient in project management best practices, preferably PMP certified or with relevant certifications
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple functions
• Experience with project management tools such as Teams, Jira, Google Drive, and Excel
