Job Summary

Ready to drive large-scale initiatives, the full-time remote Project Manager will coordinate the transition to a new Special Education Student Information System, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project direction and issue resolution among internal teams, external vendors, and state education agencies
• Ensure project activities align with special education requirements and collaborate with vendors on system design and implementation
• Lead planning and execution for statewide rollouts, including training coordination and user adoption support

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a technical Project Manager
• 3 years of experience supporting Student Information System implementations and data integration tools
• 5 years of experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and MS Project
• 5 years of experience with database technologies like SQL Server or Oracle
• 5 years of experience with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure
