Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning key accounts from day one, the full-time remote Project Manager will craft and execute creative strategies, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure delivery quality while navigating a fast-paced environment focused on innovation and AI in creative work.

Key responsibilities

• Own project planning and timelines, including internal and client-facing milestones
• Track progress, risks, and delivery health while operationalizing approved briefs into execution plans
• Lead day-to-day execution across teams, ensuring work is delivered on time, on scope, and within budget

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project/Account/Campaign manager or Creative producer within a brand or advertising function
• Proven experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Excellent understanding of creative communication and its impact on business outcomes
• Experience with project management and collaboration software (e.g., Slack, Notion, Asana, Trello)
• Familiarity with the Adobe Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae, Id) and Figma, along with an interest in AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT
