Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Project Manager will manage client communications, delegate tasks to team members, and ensure project quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide client updates and collaborate with team members using the Growbo app and email
• Attend daily and weekly team meetings, contributing constructive ideas and feedback
• Oversee the quality of work produced by developers, copywriters, and designers

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing or web development
• Strong written and verbal English skills for effective communication with clients
• Reliable, stable, and fast internet connection
• Ability to work self-directed and maintain organization in a virtual environment
• Availability to work during normal business hours (9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday)
