Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the self-directed care initiative, the full-time remote Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage technical projects while serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and effective communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines for successful execution
• Lead project teams through complex initiatives, facilitating meetings and maintaining project momentum by communicating updates and addressing challenges
• Identify and mitigate project risks while optimizing team capacity and recommending process improvements for operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field required
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related discipline preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and progressively responsible project management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
