Job Summary

Supporting the Global AI Business Solutions Customer Success organization, the remote contract Project Manager Tech 3 will manage a Project Management Office function, ensuring multiple initiatives are organized, on schedule, and visible to leadership through effective reporting and governance.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with leaders and workstream owners for initiative planning and status updates
• Establish a consistent project framework, including templates and governance artifacts
• Create and deliver portfolio reports and narratives for leadership decision-making

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management focused on multi-stream initiatives
• 3+ years of experience in portfolio reporting and executive communication
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and managing project risks and dependencies
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
