Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading subcontractor management and project controls, the full-time Project Manager will support the Program Manager for the Rock Island Arsenal Increased Access OTA Prototype by coordinating supplier execution and ensuring alignment across multiple organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor cost, schedule, and technical performance while ensuring alignment with program objectives
• Coordinate activities across engineering teams, subcontractors, and Program Management to facilitate collaboration and resolve execution challenges
• Monitor subcontractor budgets and schedules, identifying variances and supporting corrective action planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in DoD Program or Project Management and Supplier Performance Management
• Experience with Cost & Schedule Management and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Coordination
• US citizenship and current secret clearance
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage risks and issues effectively
