Project Manager

Job Summary

Representing clients and vendors, the fully remote Project Manager will oversee project organization, scheduling, and implementation for capital improvements, rollouts, buildouts, and remodels while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate and control construction costs by preparing budgets, evaluating offers, and obtaining bids from vendors and subcontractors
• Coordinate project tasks by gathering information, scheduling labor and resources, and managing vendor relationships
• Maintain project documentation and communication, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and client requirements

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Project Management specifically in the trades industry
• Experience in project rollouts and delivering on-time results
• 3-5 years' experience in vendor management, including bids and negotiations
• Technical knowledge of core trades, terms, concepts, and repair resolution
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
