Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting PMO activities for a large-scale enterprise oil and gas company, the remote Transformation Project Manager will manage program documentation, maintain stakeholder updates, and track project readiness while working in MT and CT time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update the program playbook and PMO artifacts, including roadmaps and budget
• Collect weekly status updates from project owners and track readiness, training, and communications
• Develop and maintain key relationships with multiple stakeholders to support existing Project and Program Managers

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in professional, enterprise organizations
• Industry experience in oil and gas or similar power/energy environments is highly preferred
• Exposure to working within a PMO (Project Management Office) is needed
• Proficient experience with Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar quantitative discipline required
