Job Summary

Driving operational readiness in a remote environment, the full-time Program Manager will orchestrate complex workstreams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure alignment between client goals and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements
• Oversee the workflow for Training & Design and Technical Publications, ensuring timely delivery of instructional materials and technical documentation
• Act as the primary client-facing contact, translating business goals into actionable project plans and providing regular updates

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced BPO environment
• PMO or PMO Certification
• Proven track record of managing projects in Training & Design or Technical Writing Publications
• Outstanding English proficiency, both written and oral
• 5+ years of experience in a technical field with the ability to communicate complex subjects clearly
