Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the delivery of new technology initiatives, the remote Project Manager will focus on establishing processes, governance, and execution of complex projects within a growing PMO.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the delivery aspects of projects while ensuring timely delivery of initiatives
• Lead the establishment of core PMO processes, documentation, and governance structures in a formative environment
• Drive order and clarity in fast-moving projects involving automation and AI technologies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience managing multiple large enterprise projects with moderate to high risk
• 2+ years of hands-on delivery, coordination, and governance of sizable initiatives
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, or Microsoft Project
• Strong organizational skills in navigating matrix environments and driving cross-team collaboration
