Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Project Manager with over 5 years of commercial construction experience to manage project execution, controls, and financials for healthcare, higher education, advanced technology, life sciences, and commercial projects, while collaborating with project teams and leadership in both Abilene, TX and Missouri remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor project team members, ensuring effective execution and development
• Oversee cost control, billings, collections, and project scheduling
• Act as the primary point of contact for owners and architects, ensuring project completion and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in core markets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and scheduling tools
• Demonstrated understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
