Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and continuous improvement of learning and knowledge management systems, the full-time remote Project Manager will manage knowledge management platforms, assist with learning initiatives, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective employee learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors project scheduling, estimating, and technical performance
• Advises project team members on tasks and operations while managing multiple projects and change management processes
• Oversees project processes, tracks performance, resolves issues, and executes corrective actions as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
• 5 years of project and/or program management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
