Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multidisciplinary teams, the remote Project Manager will oversee the execution and management of multichannel projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while drafting statements of work and balancing agency and customer needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively manage project delivery for accounts up to $2mm using appropriate resources and processes
• Draft and track statements of work, budget estimates, and scope definitions for both digital and traditional projects
• Provide schedules for project development, including timing for each step of the process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus at least 1 year of relevant industry experience in healthcare advertising or interactive/professional services
• Previous project management and project planning experience (at least 1 year)
• Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlines
