Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple infrastructure projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager will oversee 10-20 projects annually, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of radar modernization efforts within the National Airspace System.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects through all phases, including installation and system acceptance
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for multiple radar sites executing in parallel
• Perform schedule and cost variance analysis, supporting earned value management (EVM) activities and reporting

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in project management or project controls for infrastructure or technical deployment projects
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Strong analytical skills to assess schedule and cost performance and support data-driven decision-making
• US Citizenship to successfully base a government-issued background investigation
