Job Summary

To support land use, permitting, and environmental due diligence efforts across the AMER region, the full-time remote Project Manager will coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure compliance and manage deliverables for new site candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Order and monitor land use and environmental due diligence deliverables for completeness and compliance
• Coordinate and track ground security due diligence activities across AMER gateway sites
• Create and present status reports and client documents on progress and due diligence completion

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in site acquisition, land use, permitting, or environmental due diligence
• Strong project management skills with experience tracking complex, multi-jurisdictional workstreams
• Demonstrated ability to navigate local regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge of ground security requirements and regulatory compliance processes
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
