Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Project Management Office for various business units, the remote Project Manager will manage PMO functions, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the PMO/Shared Services function to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and functional experts to achieve high-quality project outcomes
• Liaise with onshore business units and clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience in project or program management, preferably in infrastructure domains
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications preferred
• Knowledge of ITIL, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is a plus
