Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence across AI strategic initiatives, the temporary remote Project Manager will manage multiple competing priorities, ensure timely project delivery, and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams while supporting the deployment of AI platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain tracking of action items, deliverables, and commitments across AI initiatives with updated dashboards and project plans
• Proactively identify risks and escalate blockers to ensure zero missed deadlines
• Facilitate communication across business units and technical teams, translating complex AI workstreams into actionable insights

Required qualifications:

• 4-6 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in an agency environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Lean management principles
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-collaborative projects impacting 1000+ people
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, tools, or solutions
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
