Job Summary

To develop and manage a new SharePoint intake process, the contract Project Manager will lead end-to-end project management for service communications, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and leveraging automation tools, while working virtually with hours from 8a-4p or 9a-5p CST.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management from intake through deployment, including timelines and stakeholder alignment
• Develop and manage a centralized communications archive for service communications
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compliant communications

Required qualifications

• Experience in project management, particularly with SharePoint processes
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI agents, such as Copilot
• Strong understanding of service communications and stakeholder management
• Ability to work within specified hours in a virtual environment
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams effectively
