Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager will manage project planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for enterprise initiatives, maintaining integrated project plans and tracking milestones
• Facilitate effective meetings and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment
• Develop and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and status reports while adhering to PMO standards and recommending process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on project leadership experience across the full lifecycle
• Recent experience in health insurance, managed care, or third-party administration environments
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Confluence
