Project Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic business objectives, the full-time remote Project Manager will manage singular real estate projects from initiation through completion, including planning, design, construction, and occupancy while working directly with clients to prepare project scopes, budgets, and schedules.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project management for real estate projects, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
• Work with clients to define project requirements, including scope, resources, cost estimates, and risk identification
• Direct the project delivery team, creating action plans to meet objectives and tracking project progress

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education will be considered
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• Experience with Project Management platforms, such as Kahua, is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
