Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a large-scale client onboarding program, the full-time remote Project Manager will drive the end-to-end Communications Center of Excellence (CCOE) conversion process while collaborating with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to manage client solution onboarding for a cross-functional program
• Lead program resource assignment, planning, and management while overseeing timelines, budgets, and delivery plans
• Serve as the primary escalation point for program issues and maintain high-level client relationships throughout the onboarding lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in client engagement, onboarding, or program management
• Experience in front office or financial services, particularly in Wealth Management, Retirement, or Insurance
• Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of financial products, operating models, and program governance
