Project Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a key member of the communications team, the remote Project Manager will lead large-scale, cross-departmental projects and integrated communications campaigns while managing deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and reporting
• Review project requests, develop comprehensive project plans, and maintain project dashboards to track progress and align with organizational priorities
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract management and performance oversight, while supporting the Director of Strategic Initiatives in refining project management processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, communications, or a related field
• 5-7 years of related experience, with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, or Airtable
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively against timelines
