Job Summary

To support the execution of enterprise initiatives across multiple business units, the full-time Project Manager will lead high-priority cross-functional projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop execution frameworks while ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support high-priority initiatives impacting various business units, managing linkages and dependencies
• Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Create and maintain detailed project plans to manage projects effectively and resolve risks and challenges

Required qualifications

• Experience in risk management, program management, or project management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive progress and manage deadlines
• Superlative communication skills, capable of influencing and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
• Proven ability to deliver large, complex initiatives under pressure and tight timeframes
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree, or 3+ years of related work experience leading project teams
