Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading large-scale software implementations, the remote Project Manager will oversee project execution, maintain customer relationships, and ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, and timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customer PM partners, stakeholders, and project teams, facilitating communication and status meetings
• Manage project progress by coordinating resource needs, tracking issues, and facilitating resolutions to maintain schedules and budgets
• Conduct risk management by updating project statuses in the PMO Salesforce portal and presenting risks and successes during regular reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with large-scale software implementations
• Strong understanding of Public Safety culture and collaboration
• Intermediate-to-Senior level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project
