Job Summary

Driving the successful execution of clinical trial implementations, the full-time Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance, data quality, and exceptional customer outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle for clinical trial implementations, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor and client stakeholders, communicating project status and managing risks
• Develop detailed project plans aligned with clinical trial protocols and regulatory requirements, establishing clear milestones and risk mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in clinical research or healthcare technology within GxP-regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of global GxP frameworks and data integrity principles applicable to clinical trial technology
• Experience managing clinical trial projects from setup through closeout, including regulatory submissions and compliance documentation
• Hands-on experience with eClinical technology systems such as RTSM, eCOA, and wearables
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail
