Job Summary

Partnering with diverse teams to deliver strategic communications campaigns, the full-time Project Manager will manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects remotely, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans while facilitating collaboration and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project approaches, governance frameworks, and delivery plans while monitoring progress and managing risks
• Facilitate project planning and decision-making processes, aligning stakeholders around shared objectives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and mentor junior project management staff

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator managing complex projects
• Strong technical project management expertise with experience in strategic communications and advocacy
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and balance competing priorities in complex environments
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) is strongly preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
