Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing global, multi-site security and infrastructure rollouts, the full-time Program/Project Manager will oversee vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination in a remote capacity while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of security and infrastructure projects across multiple regions and sites
• Manage vendor contracts and enforce service level agreements while coordinating with various stakeholders
• Oversee budgeting and total cost of ownership management for projects, including SaaS subscriptions and hardware

Required qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent experience in project management
• Experience with multi-vendor coordination and contract negotiation
• Background in manufacturing or chemical site operations, particularly regarding safety and permitting
• Familiarity with compliance-driven projects, such as CFATS and ISO 27001
• Proven ability to lead cross-cultural teams and manage projects across different time zones
