Job Summary

Leading client-focused projects in the HRIS technology field, the remote Professional Services Project Manager will manage project planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and manage project budgets to align with client objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining communication and managing expectations
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction and support to achieve project goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management within a professional services or consulting environment
• Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and project management methodologies
• PMP Certification or equivalent is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams
