Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing various specialized projects, the full-time remote Project Manager will develop, implement, and oversee project execution while coordinating with multiple departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Review and provide recommendations on planning and design, including contract negotiations and budget reporting
• Supervise and manage all aspects of project work, acting as a liaison between departments and third-party contacts
• Create and implement processes for monitoring project success and address issues to ensure positive outcomes

Required qualifications

• PMP certification preferred or equivalent project management experience
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi or One Site) and database management programs
• Experience in project management within the multifamily industry or relevant functional discipline
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and projects with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set and manage multiple priorities
