Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading the implementation of Oracle Projects and Oracle G-Invoicing for a federal client's Financial Management Support System, the remote Project Manager will own the full implementation lifecycle, managing kickoff, planning, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, and Implementation Schedule, ensuring timely updates and compliance with deliverables
- Coordinate with the client program office and FMSS contractors on changes, testing, and system impacts using government-approved tools
- Oversee Oracle Projects and G-Invoicing configuration, integration, and testing, ensuring successful migration and user adoption
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is required for all personnel assigned to this contract
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials
- Minimum two (2) years of experience implementing Oracle Projects
