Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the coordination of multiple change programs, the full-time remote Project Manager will manage project planning, stakeholder engagement, and compliance-related reporting in the PBM industry, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to best practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee project scope, business case management, and stakeholder management to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource tracking, and status reporting across initiatives
• Facilitate project closure and ensure lessons learned are documented and shared across the organization

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Project Management discipline
• Five years of business analysis or project management experience
• Extensive experience in the PBM industry, particularly with regulatory compliance projects
• Expertise in project management using AGILE methodology for medium to large projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
