Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Global Philanthropy team, the contract Project Manager will lead metrics, data, and insights initiatives, oversee employee engagement program investigations, and manage operations while working flexibly from North Chicago, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Global Philanthropy dashboard to measure program impact and manage data collection for reporting
• Oversee community grants, including evaluation, processing, and relationship management with grantees
• Manage operations related to invoice processing, compliance, and project management for foundation initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of operations experience with a focus on reporting and metrics tools
• Experience in database creation and managing evaluation systems
• Strong organizational skills and experience in invoice management
• Proficiency in using reporting and compliance management tools
