Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting internal initiatives within payments acquiring operations, the full-time remote Project Manager will execute defined projects, coordinate cross-functional partners, and ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned projects from intake through completion, managing tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Coordinate closely with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Underwriting, Operations, Legal, and Business Development
• Develop and maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting for departmental leadership

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management or operations experience in Fintech, payments, or financial services
• Direct exposure to payments acquiring, merchant processing, or related payment operations
• Working knowledge of the payment lifecycle, including authorization, settlement, chargebacks, and disputes
• Experience using project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
• Ability to translate operational, technical, or regulatory requirements into actionable project plans
