Project Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a key operational and change management engine, the part-time hourly Project Manager will oversee fund-related change initiatives and ensure compliance across marketing channels while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary operational project lead for fund-related change initiatives, ensuring accurate execution across marketing channels
• Perform data quality reviews and validation to maintain compliance and accuracy of product and fund information
• Organize and lead multi-stakeholder workstreams, preparing materials and tracking action items for senior marketing leadership

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of senior specialist experience in project management, change management, or marketing operations
• Prior experience in financial services with knowledge of investment products like mutual funds and ETFs
• Experience operating in a heavily regulated environment focused on marketing content compliance and risk management
• Proficiency in using Jira for workstream ticket entry and tracking
• Strong ability to navigate and analyze large datasets in Excel
