Job Summary

Acting as the primary operational project lead, the remote hourly Project Manager will focus on managing fund-related change initiatives, ensuring compliance and accuracy across marketing channels while supporting a maternity leave coverage within the Marketing Technology, Governance, and Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational project initiatives for fund changes, ensuring accurate execution across all marketing channels
• Conduct data quality reviews and validation to maintain compliance and consistency of product information
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder workstreams and provide progress updates to senior marketing leadership

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, change management, or marketing operations
• Prior experience in financial services with knowledge of investment products and fund metadata
• Experience in a regulated environment with a focus on marketing compliance and risk management
• Proficiency in using Jira for project tracking and Excel for managing large datasets
• Operational mindset with a preference for structured execution over creative marketing strategy
