Project Manager
Job Summary
Results-driven and strong in communications, the full-time Project Manager will lead and coordinate the offshore development team while ensuring alignment with the Program Management team in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Align with Program Manager and Digital Delivery leads on the delivery roadmap and plans
- Serve as a liaison between the offshore development team and the onshore Program team
- Track deliverables, escalate risks and issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing offshore or distributed project teams
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
- PMP or Agile certification
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
- Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
