Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Project Manager will centralize OEM Energy's knowledge base, ensuring data integrity and accessibility while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to gather, organize, and maintain knowledge assets
• Review content for accuracy, update outdated information, and remove obsolete content
• Establish governance standards and maintain database hygiene

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Operations, or Documentation Management
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience with a high school diploma is acceptable
• Strong knowledge management architecture experience preferred over technical writing experience
• Experience in the renewable energy or EV industry is a plus
• Relevant backgrounds may include telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare environments with complex documentation and customer-support ecosystems
