Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading multidisciplinary design teams, the full-time Project Manager will oversee the design phase of complex facility projects for clients in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design phase of facility projects from concept through construction documentation, aligning with client goals and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary design liaison with clients, facilitating communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead and coordinate internal design teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions on schedule and within budget

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in design project management, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech facility design
• Strong understanding of GMP, cleanroom design, and regulatory environments
• Proficiency in design software (Bluebeam, Navisworks) and project management platforms
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred
