Job Summary
Seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager for the Transformation Office, this full-time remote position will manage end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely progress, stakeholder alignment, and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the execution of assigned projects and workstreams, breaking down tasks and maintaining project plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, resources, and to resolve operational issues
- Provide structured reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, including the Chief Transformation Officer
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project management, operations, or large-scale cross-functional delivery in SaaS, fintech, or technology environments
- Proven track record of driving execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong project management discipline and proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
- Experience leading individual projects or workstreams with measurable outcomes
- PMP certification is preferred
